No form input is accepted. The server pins today's Toronto date once per run, caps the lease set at 50, reads the demo-sandbox Buildium state, fills PDFs, and stores only Postgres run/artifact rows.
Read-only guarantee: no Buildium POST/PUT, Drive, Telegram, DocuSign, email, or tenant delivery.
Pinned date: server-side Toronto calendar day. N4 uses mail + 1 buffer day.
